Established in 2001, covering an area of 12,000 square meters of production plant and over 80 employees, our facility enjoys a very convenient transportation environment, located near Shanghai port.
We mainly manufacture supermarket shelves, tool displays, storage rack stands, and many other metal shopfittings. In total, we offer more than one hundred varieties with over five hundred specifications, the bearing capacity of each shelf ranging from 50 to 3,000 kilograms. Meanwhile, we are also capable of designing various customized products to meet different clients' requirements.
After 25 years of continuous innovation and development, our product series has gradually realized new processes such as one-time automatic forming of shelf layers and backpanels, one-time welding of reinforcement, automatic punching of columns, intelligent bending automation, product surface pretreatment, drying, spraying, curing, and one-time completion by automatic pipelines. At present, advanced equipment includes laser cutting machines, automatic welding robots, head spot welding machines, and intelligent unmanned bending systems.
