We are one of the largest customize furniture factories in the world. Since the year 2002, we have focused on the high-end furniture manufacturing business for over 18 years, expanding from genuine leather sofas to comprehensive furniture production.
We run over 1,000,000 SKUs mainly for customized orders (SPO/made to order). We produce upholstered sofa beds, occasional chairs, benches, casegoods, cabinets, dining tables, consoles, and dining chairs. From style categories, we design both modern and traditional furniture to meet differing requirements.
Our next step is to become a complete solution service provider in the upholstery industry.
We are the largest custom-made furniture outsourcing service provider globally, offering a TOTAL SOLUTION to our retail customers. We render product designs and development 4 times a year to our retail partners. Additionally, we provide inventory control, production, quality assurance, logistics, and "last mile" labeling for final consumers.
We deliver high-quality customization with speed. Operating internationally, we maintain sales offices in the United States and Europe, alongside extensive production bases.
Our primary facility features over 1,700 workers spanning 180,000 square meters, outputting 450 containers monthly. Our overseas factories are equipped with a complete supply chain supporting 2,000 workers to deliver 500 containers monthly.
We run 11 factories in the same compound, developed over 21 years. This integrates the entire supply chain, including leather processing, foam manufacturing, cutting, sewing, frame-making, wood carving, spray finish, and upholstering.
This structure shortens the production cycle, tightens cost control, and ensures uniform quality, distinguishing us from the competition. Annually, we export over 5,000 40HQ containers, driving annual sales near 200 million USD.
We keep over 200 different Top Grain leathers in stock, representing 3 million square feet valued at 8 million USD. These materials are sourced globally from regions such as Italy, Brazil, Europe, and the USA. Our partner tannery outputs 14 million square feet of leather per month.
We also offer a selection of over 800 fabrics sourced from multiple countries to maximize client options.
