Yes, we are a professional furniture manufacturer and factory.

Q2: What about the warranty of the products?

We offer a 3-year warranty. During this period, we will be responsible for any damage caused by manufacturing defects.

Q3: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

If you have a shipping agent in China, the MOQ is 5 sets (offered at EXW factory price). If we arrange the shipment, the total volume must exceed 10 CBM.

Q4: How long is the production lead time?

The lead time is within 30 days upon receiving the deposit in the normal season, and around 40 days during busy seasons, depending on product volume and complexity.

Q5: Do you accept customized designs?

Yes, OEM & ODM services are available. You are welcome to share your design drawings with us.

Q6: What should I do if the item is damaged during transportation?

Our customer service team is here to assist. We always take detailed photos of the packed items prior to shipment. If any damage occurs, please take clear photos immediately and send them to us for resolution.
